Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Ohio is seeking an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer to lead integration, testing and formal acceptance for ground-based radar programs. You will drive plans, document procedures and perform hands-on support.

You will work across hardware and software disciplines, analyze test data, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel may be required; domestic travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of professional experience.
• Hands on Radar system experience.
• Integration and Test Plan and Procedure development.
• System troubleshooting.
• Data analysis.
• Leadership experience.
• Customer Interface (internal & external).
• Candidate must have ability to obtain a DOD Security clearance to at least Secret Level.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for ground-based radar programs.
• Develop and document Integration and Test plans and procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting and live target data analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
