Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently and communicate with peers and management.
• Ability to negotiate resources and manage time to support organizational goals.
• Setup and support HITL test equipment with data acquisition hardware and instrumentation.
• Develop HITL build-up requirements and align with customer needs.
• Familiar with RF and electronic test equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluation.
• Provide test parameters for sample testing and specify procedures.
• Compile data and recommend changes to testing equipment or processes.
• Test customer samples and perform special tests beyond normal limits.
