Job summary

You will oversee the lifecycle from Gate 1 through fielding, coordinating software, hardware, network, and cybersecurity teams to deliver a cohesive solution. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting trade studies, and ensuring traceability, verification, and sustainment planning for critical radar systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree may be substituted for experience.
• Experience leading complex hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of system requirements and architecture.
• Coordinate lab and field integration across sites.
• Support readiness reviews and test planning for DT&E/OT&E.
