Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, R&D to lead multiple product development programs through research, scale-up, and commercialization, ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, FDA requirements and customer expectations.

You will mentor a team of scientists, coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, and drive development plans, technology transfer, and continuous improvement to support growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; 8-12+ years in product development within nutraceutical/pharma industry.
• 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong experience with tablets, capsules, powders, beadlets and related dosage forms; scale-up to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development programs through research, scale-up, and commercialization.
• Mentor formulation scientists, chemists, and R&D associates; establish priorities and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMPs, SOPs; maintain documentation and quality standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
