Sarica Manufacturing is seeking a Quote Analyst in Urbana, OH to lead the quoting team and ensure timely, accurate pricing. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain to deliver strong customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes developing quote documentation, maintaining records, and driving process improvements while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to regulatory requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or technical education is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, customer service, project coordination, or related function.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience managing quote documentation and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quoting Team: Coach, mentor, and manage team members while balancing workloads, priorities, and deadlines.
• Oversee Quotation Accuracy: Review and manage customer quotes to ensure pricing, specs, and project requirements are accurate and on schedule.
• Manage Bid Documentation: Ensure engineering requirements, customer specifications, and contractual obligations are included in quotations and bid packages.
• Build Customer Relationships: Serve as primary contact for customers, maintaining partnerships and delivering responsive service.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain teams to support project execution.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep quote records, project histories, and supporting documents organized and audit-ready.
• Resolve Issues Proactively: Address customer concerns and internal challenges with solutions.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve quoting efficiency and team performance.
