Job summary

Speedy Lube LLC is seeking an experienced Quick Lube Store Manager to lead our Hemet, California center. You will drive daily operations, manage a high-energy team, and focus on growing sales while maintaining top service quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership in both the customer lounge and service bays, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of automotive management experience.
• Strong cash handling, POS systems, P&L statements, and OSHA safety knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend/reach, and work in a shop environment.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee store operations, opening/closing, workflow, and safety compliance.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach technicians and advisors; schedule staffing to meet budgets.
• Financial Performance: Drive profitability by increasing sales and managing expenses.
• Customer Relations: Build guest trust, resolve complaints, maintain high satisfaction.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste oil disposal per regulations.
• Bay Support: Assist in service bays during peak times.
