Speedy Lube LLC is seeking an experienced Quick Lube Store Manager to lead our Hemet, California service center. The role combines hands-on leadership in the customer lounge and service bays, driving sales growth, inventory control, and high‑level customer service.

The ideal candidate has automotive shop management experience, strong team leadership, and a track record of maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of automotive management experience.
• Strong cash handling, POS, P&L and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, open/close, workflow, and safety compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach technicians and advisors; schedule weekly shifts.
• Drive profitability by increasing sales and managing expenses.
• Build guest trust, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste oil disposal per regulations.
• Assist technicians in service bays during peak hours.
