Job summary

Grease Monkey Jonesboro is seeking an experienced Quick Lube Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficient service delivery, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will coach a fast-paced team, ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction while meeting budget expectations.

The role requires automotive service knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to professional growth within a supportive team culture. Weekend/hybrid scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quick lube, express service, or automotive service management experience.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quick lube operations, including workflow, vehicle throughput, service quality, and customer wait times.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and coach the assistant manager and lube technicians to support performance and growth.
• Ensure oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, tire checks, inspections, and related maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Maintain high customer service standards by greeting customers, explaining services, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent service interruptions.
• Enforce safety procedures, environmental standards, housekeeping, and company policies.
