Job summary

Heidelberg Materials operates a wide network of plants across North America, providing materials for construction and infrastructure projects. The initial maintenance role focuses on hands-on inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related quarry equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment in a heavy manufacturing, mining, or aggregate environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry processing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities to support safe and reliable plant operations.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
