Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certification such as CQI or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense/medical devices).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily quality inspection activities across multiple production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and protocols to detect defects early in manufacturing.
• Train, mentor, and supervise quality inspection staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inspection data and generate reports to identify trends and root causes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality systems.
• Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and professional conduct.
• Execute daily process improvements using lean methodologies.
