Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will lead and mentor a team of inspectors to produce advanced UAS and defense assets for strategic customers, blending frontline technical expertise with strong leadership.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring a technical background in aerospace structures, avionics, or propulsion, plus a proven track record guiding teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability hardware testing.
• U.S. Person status required to access controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors, coordinating daily activities and schedules.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, Quality Engineering and Planning to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement, maintaining clean, organized work areas and training programs.
• Perform in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) using metrology tools, drawings and blueprints.
• Problem-solve production challenges using quality principles to determine constructive paths forward.
