Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Quality Control Technician to oversee quality inspections across our housing portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of workmanship, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring strict adherence to policy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing or related fields.
• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Quality Control Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Type I and II EPA certification; Type II/III if chillers present.
• Certification or experience in four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, masonry, or building construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of maintenance work orders and properties to ensure policy and SOP adherence.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff in plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and other trades.
• Coordinate with Regional Director and Compliance Manager to organize quality control programs.
• Document inspections and communicate issues with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support training material creation and end-user training for quality control processes.
• Ensure adherence to Corvias policies, procedures, and applicable laws across the portfolio.
