Job summary

We seek an experienced Quality Control Technician to lead QA/QC efforts from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety and quality across complex work packages.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent.
• Experience in construction quality control management on heavy civil projects.
• Certifications: NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist and USACE CQM or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce Safety policies and procedures on projects.
• Lead QA/QC across self-performed work, materials, and subcontractors.
• Provide QA input for planning, design interpretation, and construction methods.
• Manage quality testing, inspections, and documentation including third-party services.
• Develop and implement project Quality Control Plan aligned with standards and best practices.
• Maintain project contract documents and record-keeping for QA/QC.
