Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering, software testing, or test automation.
• 3+ years operating as a domain-level quality expert or SME across complex platforms.
• Demonstrated influence on quality practices, automation frameworks, or standards.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the ExamDeveloper quality system including process, automation, tooling, training, metrics, gates, and release confidence.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering leadership on long-term automation and quality strategy.
• Drive improvements to make testing more automated, efficient, and aligned to business risk.
• Establish quality metrics informing decision-making, including automation health and defect leakage.
• Provide technical oversight of QA practices and test artifacts for maintainability and effectiveness.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and build quality capability across teams.
• Evaluate emerging tools and AI-assisted testing practices to improve quality and delivery confidence.
