Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering, software testing, or test automation experience.
• 3+ years operating as a domain-level quality expert across complex platforms.
• Demonstrated influence on quality practices and automation frameworks.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.
• Experience in large product environments with Agile teams and high release-readiness volume.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the quality system and release confidence across the domain.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering leadership on automation and quality strategy.
• Drive improvements to make testing automated, efficient, and aligned to risk.
• Establish metrics for automation health, defect leakage, and release readiness.
• Provide expert guidance on quality practices and test artifacts across teams.
