Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Architect (Quality) for ExamDeveloper in the United States. This expert role provides domain-level quality leadership across multiple Agile teams, guiding automation strategy, reliability, and release confidence.

You will mentor senior engineers, review QA artifacts, and shape the quality system while spending hands-on time on testing and automation where it has the greatest impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering or test automation experience.
• 3+ years as a domain-level quality expert across distributed platforms.
• Demonstrated influence on quality practices, automation frameworks, or standards.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for QA strategy, automation, tooling, metrics, and release confidence across the domain.
• Partner with Product Architect/Engineering to determine long-term automation and quality strategy.
• Drive improvements to testing through automation, data, and practices aligned to business risk.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and provide technical oversight of QA practices.
