Job summary

James Fisher Technologies in Loveland, CO seeks a Lead QC Inspector to ensure parts meet engineering drawings and customer requirements. You will supervise inspections, coordinate with Production and Engineering, and drive compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and related quality programs.

This role requires hands-on measurement, GD&T, experience with CMMs, and the ability to create inspection records. A 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ISO 9001 QA/QC environments.
• Experience with ASME, NQA-1 and/or 10CFR50 Appendix B is a plus.
• Hands-on inspection and measurement with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather certifications and documents for quality programs.
• Drive inspection priorities and expedite processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure part conformance.
• Maintain accurate component status and support schedule.
• Review and approve quality documentation.
• Perform day-to-day inspections from receipt to final acceptance.
• Create and maintain inspection records in electronic systems.
