Job summary

James Fisher Technologies LLC in Loveland, CO seeks a Lead QC Inspector to ensure parts meet ISO 9001:2015, ASME, NQA-1, and 10 CFR50 Appendix B requirements. You will lead the QC inspection team, assign daily tasks, and coordinate with Production and Engineering to sustain product quality.

The role requires hands-on measurement with hand tools and CMM, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to create and maintain inspection records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ISO 9001 QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Experience with ASME, NQA-1, or 10 CFR50 Appendix B is a plus.
• Knowledge of GD&T and reading drawings.
• Hands-on measuring with inspection tools; CMM experience a plus.
• Ability to generate inspection reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Gather certifications and documents for ISO 9001:2015, ASME, NQA-1 and 10CFR50 Appendix B quality programs.
• Drive priorities and expedite inspections in process.
• Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure product compliance of parts.
• Maintain accurate status of components to support schedule achievement.
• Review and approve quality documentation.
• Perform day-to-day quality inspections from receipt to final acceptance.
• Oversee hydrostatic/pneumatic testing and liquid penetrant testing as needed.
• Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement.
