Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify drawings and specs.
• Lead the inspection team, assign daily tasks, and provide technical guidance.
• Operate CMMs and Romer equipment to inspect components.
• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) with certifications and test data.
• Coordinate MRB activities and disposition of parts.
• Document NCRs and maintain inspection records and scrap logs.
• Support government source inspections and inspection procedures.
