Job summary

James Fisher Technologies (JFT), Loveland, CO, seeks a Lead QC Inspector to ensure product compliance across internal and external sources, perform inspections from receipt to final testing, and support audits. The role requires extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and GD&T, plus hands-on measurement with calibrated tools.

You'll lead a team on the shop floor, coordinate with Production and Engineering, and maintain inspection records while ensuring safety and quality standards on a 9/80 schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in ISO 9001 QA/QC environments.
• Experience with mechanical inspection and measurement using hand tools.
• Knowledge of GD&T and reading drawings.
• Experience with CMM operation is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot inspection issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC inspection activities and verify supplier/ internal part conformance.
• Oversee nonconformances and document NCRs.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments.
• Review quality documentation and records.
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement.
