Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in a Quality Control leadership role.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and GD&T.
Experience conducting quality inspections.

Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Control team and manage daily priorities to maintain an efficient workflow.
Direct, supervise, and support all inspection and testing activities.
Review and interpret product specifications to ensure accurate, compliant quality inspections.
Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems.
Prepare Nonconforming Material Reports (NCRs) for products that fail to meet specifications.
Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance.
