Job summary

Homeland Talent Solutions is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Spokane, Washington, to identify an experienced Supervisor II, Quality Assurance - Compliance & Oversight to join its QA leadership team.

The Supervisor II will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational excellence within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, providing hands-on QA oversight of manufacturing operations while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related discipline is required.
• Associate degree with at least 7 years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or an FDA-regulated environment.
• Direct experience providing or leading real-time quality assurance oversight during manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QA Compliance & Oversight personnel across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, laboratory, and supporting operations.
• Ensure on-the-floor quality activities, including batch record reviews, process monitoring, area audits, and risk identification.
• Provide technical guidance and real-time support for quality events, deviations, or operational concerns.
• Monitor compliance trends and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
