• Leadership, project management, and change management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs for the manufacturing site.
• Manage CAPA, root cause analysis, and nonconformance investigations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GFSI, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
• Oversee food safety programs including HACCP and sanitation.
• Lead internal and regulatory audits.
