Job summary

Net2Phone is seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer with a VoIP/SIP focus to join our UCaaS platform team. You will work in a SCRUM setting, write detailed TestRail cases, automate tests, and integrate them into CI/Kubernetes deployments.

Expect Java-based backend/API testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality calling functionality. The role emphasizes automation, testing across real call scenarios, and leveraging tools like Jenkins, TestRail, JUnit5, TestNG,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA automation, backend & API testing.
• 2+ years hands-on VoIP/SIP protocol testing.
• Strong Java expertise (11/17) with JUnit5/TestNG/Gradle.
• English level at least B2, written and spoken.
• Hands-on API & microservices automation (REST, JSON, gRPC).
• Experience with VoIP testing tools and Linux CLI.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a SCRUM team with related artefacts.
• Write test cases with steps in TestRail.
• Automate new test cases, extend and maintain existing ones.
• Integrate automated testing within CI for deployments.
• Contribute to building automation for calling functionality.
• Triage and escalate product quality issues.
• Build and execute deployments in Jenkins for all environments.
• Communicate and escalate product quality issues.
