Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC builds blockchain infrastructure enabling wallets and on‑chain product launches via simple APIs. We are hiring our first dedicated quality lead: a senior, hands‑on role that owns testing and release quality across the platform.

You will establish the QA function from scratch—the test strategy, automation frameworks, and release process. AI should be central to how you work, from test generation to risk analysis, so one lead can cover an entire platform.

Qualifications

7+ years in software testing and automation.
Experience owning a QA function or leading QA on a product.
Hands-on leadership with minimal direction.
Fluent English; distributed team communication is common.

Responsibilities

Own the QA function end to end across all products.
Build test automation frameworks across web and API layers with Playwright and CI integration.
Make AI a core part of the quality toolchain: test generation and risk analysis.
Own release quality: define regression baseline and go/no-go decisions.
Set up risk-based testing across the platform and focus on high-cost failures.
Work with tech leads and product management to embed quality in design.
Establish defect prevention practices and act as the QA reference for engineering.
