Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE or related field.
• 8+ years in software quality assurance.
• 6+ years in SDET or automation-focused roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving quality.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and SDETs.
• Act as the primary QA contact for assigned projects across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on clear requirements.
• Define and execute test strategies aligned with scope and timelines.
• Plan and estimate testing activities for adequate coverage.
• Oversee manual and automated testing across functional areas.
• Drive adoption of test automation and maintain frameworks.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Leverage AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency.
• Analyze quality metrics and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
• Support release readiness and QA sign-off criteria.
