Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Pull Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign and coordinate work, and coach staff for performance improvements.

This role ensures timely and accurate pulling of slot machine revenue, currency canisters, and related data downloads, while adhering to Internal Controls and policies. It may include supporting Soft Count operations and ad hoc projects for Count Operations.

Job Summary

Supervises the daily operations of the Pull Team department, to include assisting with assigning and coordinating work; appraising performance of Pull Team staff; improving department operations through efficiencies, technological enhancements and training and development of the staff. Responsible for timely and accurate pull of the slot machines revenue, not limited to scanning, removing and replacing currency canisters from assigned slot machines; pulling funds from non-slot locations as directed; downloading information into Management System for accountability; and troubleshooting any problems with the download. Pulls and fills all currency from vending machine and document related information. Ensures the department is in compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards and Policies and Procedures May perform the duties of Soft Count Team Member as needed. Assists the Count Operations Manager with ad hoc projects.
