Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort seeks a Pull Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance. You will ensure accurate pulling of slot revenue, manage currency canister handling, and troubleshoot data downloads in the Management System.

The role supports compliance with internal controls and may assist the Count Operations Manager on special projects. This position is on-site at Viejas Casino & Resort in California.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino floor operations or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Pull Team department and coordinate work assignments.
• Ensure timely and accurate pull of slot machine revenue; manage currency canister handling and downloads in the Management System.
• Maintain compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards and related policies and procedures.
• Assist the Count Operations Manager with ad hoc projects and troubleshoot download issues as needed.
