Responsibilities

• Appear in court for arraignments, pretrial conferences, and trials for misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile cases.
• Review search warrants and prepare motions and briefs.
• Appear for and conduct mental health hearings.
• Coordinate with defense attorneys, probation agents, and law enforcement.
• Prosecute and defend appeals as assigned and appear before Appellate Courts.
