You will guide the proposal process from intake through final production, ensuring branding and messaging align with client requirements. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, experience with InDesign and MS Office, and a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative marketing environment.

Base compensation is determined by factors such as market data, education and/or applicable experience, training, skills, and geographic location where work is performed. The salary for this position is expected to range between $62,000-$75,000. Additionally, there is the potential for an end-of-year bonus based upon company profitability.
