You will guide the proposal process from intake through final production, ensuring branding and messaging align with client requirements. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, experience with InDesign and MS Office, and a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Adobe InDesign expertise.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities and coordinate “go, no-go” process.
• Lead the coordination, preparation, and proposal production process.
• Develop compelling visual design to communicate and educate clients, the public and other stakeholders about EOR capabilities.
• Provide review and quality control of proposals: edits proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance with client requirements.
