Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is seeking a Property Tax Manager to lead daily property tax operations for assigned jurisdictions in the US and Canada. You will oversee real and personal property tax analysis, appeal support, budgeting and forecasting, transaction support, reporting, and process improvements in a deadline‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field required.
• CMI designation preferred.
• 8+ years property tax experience across multi‑jurisdictional real and personal property tax.
• Knowledge of budgeting, compliance, appeals, acquisitions/dispositions, and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax appeal management for US and Canadian jurisdictions with external consultants.
• Analyze real and personal property tax valuations, assessments, and trends.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for property tax, including cash flow models.
• Provide transaction support and perform tax research for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Train, mentor, and direct analysts and staff during peak cycles.
