• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• CMI designation and advanced property taxation coursework preferred.
• 8+ years of property tax experience across multi‑jurisdictional real and personal property tax processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily property tax operations for assigned jurisdictions, including real and personal property tax analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and transaction support with external consultants.
• Manage appeals, compliance, and reporting; drive process improvements and software implementations.
• Train, mentor, and direct analysts and coordinators during peak cycles.
