Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.
• Affirmative housing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Certification requirements: COS and/or Tax Credit Specialist depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the properties and supervision of on-site staff.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Resident Services Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and investors.
• Assist in budgeting and special projects as needed.
