Job summary

Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) seeks a Property Supervisor to oversee Property Managers across portfolio, ensuring financial soundness, maintenance, and regulatory compliance under SAHA standards.

You will lead staff development, manage recruitment, performance reviews, and coaching while ensuring a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Occasional travel across the Bay Area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with ability to mentor, motivate, support and hold staff accountable.
• Experience with an affordable housing provider and/or management company.
• Knowledge of local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing, Tenant/Landlord laws.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Property Managers and supports staff development and accountability.
• Manages recruitment and performance evaluations across portfolio.
• Ensures financial objectives and budget adherence for properties.
• Oversees occupancy, leases, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and partners on compliance issues.
• Travel across Bay Area to portfolio sites as needed.
