Job summary

Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) is seeking a Property Manager in Berkeley to lead daily property operations, supervise on-site staff, and collaborate with the Resident Services Coordinator to foster a supportive resident environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in affordable housing or property management strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs (Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties and on-site staff.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Resident Services Coordinator to support residents.
• Ensure property maintenance, financial and operational compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Support other SAHA managers and participate in special projects.
