Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies seeks an experienced Property Manager for a 236-unit Market-Rate Apartment Community in Canton, Georgia. You will lead leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, maintenance, and team development to optimize operations and financial performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of property management experience, proficiency in MS Office and Yardi/OneSite, and a hands-on, proactive management style. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of apartment property management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with OneSite, Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P).
• Direct experience with Bluemoon or Yieldstar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, recruitment, and team development.
• Holds regular team meetings to communicate goals and progress.
• Creates a clear vision for the property and communicates expectations to the team.
• Monitors industry trends to plan strategies to meet goals and reviews advertising sources monthly.
• Oversees maintenance, budgeting, and adherence to the Annual Operating Budget.
• Ensures proper screening, lease signing, and rent collection processes.
