Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a 312-unit market-rate community in Dunwoody, Georgia. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, policy implementation, and performance reporting.

The candidate should demonstrate maturity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach. Key tasks include leasing, rent collection, financial duties, and preparing monthly performance reports.

Qualificações

• Experience in multifamily property management including fair housing knowledge.
• Proficient with accounting principles and property software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls, provide leasing information, schedule tours, and handle maintenance requests.
• Learn all aspects of management; assist with administrative and financial duties.
• Prepare monthly reports on renewals, rents, leasing, traffic, and retention programs.
• Assist with lease renewals and support marketing to generate traffic.
• Handle resident service requests and concerns as required.
• Manage rent collections and issue notices per policy.
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs and inspect vacant units.
