Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property maintenance experience.
• Grace Hill/Yardi On-Line Training completed.
• Proficient in Yardi maintenance systems and PayScan.
• HVAC certification (CPO) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate and direct maintenance staff and schedules.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety compliance per policies.
• Diagnose and repair routine issues; changes locks and moves appliances as needed.
