Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and support the Community Manager in maintaining property integrity within budget. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, custodial and exterior projects, with emphasis on safety and timely completion of work orders.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years in maintenance or related fields, plus 2–3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in resident services and maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification required.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Oversee maintenance projects and ensure completion within priority timelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
• Schedule staff, manage work orders, and maintain inventory and records.
• Assist in apartment inspections and refurbishing before resident occupancy.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper operation of equipment.
