Job summary

You will supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff, inspect grounds and buildings daily, and respond to on‑call emergencies while upholding OSHA and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family or commercial maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Certification Type I/II or Universal is required.
• Strong leadership for training and scheduling maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under Community Manager.
• Oversee daily inspections of grounds and facilities for safety and quality.
• Manage on-call emergencies after hours.
• Maintain maintenance shop and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee budget adherence and expenditures related to maintenance.
