Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in multi-site settings.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Safely bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess general computer skills for basic reporting.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical).
• Address resident repair requests and resolve issues in common areas promptly.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor amenities to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
