The ideal candidate has 7+ years of property inspection experience, strong leadership and mentoring skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in property inspections.
• Experience training or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Train and Mentor: work with new inspectors and provide hands-on training.
• Lead by Example: conduct residential and commercial inspections with best practices.
• Quality Control: oversee inspections and ensure consistency and excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: help develop training programs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
