Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Home Inspector will conduct property inspections, assess building systems, and provide detailed and reliable inspection reports to clients.
• The inspector will work closely with property owners and other stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and accurate assessments.
• Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, supporting new business development, and fostering positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inspection experience
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor

Preferred (not required)

• Experience with Spectora reporting software
• Background in additional services (radon, sewer scope, etc.) is a plus
