You will lead a team, plan tasks, and work with property management to meet service requests promptly and uphold local safety codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates.
• Occasional lifting up to 60 lbs and working at heights.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Knowledge of safety codes and building regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
