Job summary

PINNACLE PROPERTY INSPECTION SERVIC is seeking a skilled property inspector to assess residential and commercial properties across the Chicago metro area. The role covers interior, exterior, roofing, foundation, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, with reports prepared for real estate transactions.

Travel to inspection sites is required. You will generate clear, defensible reports using our software, ensuring compliance with state standards and effectively communicating hazards to clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful.
• Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
