Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Property Chef to lead culinary operations and kitchen management for upscale properties in the Naples area. You will oversee banquet execution and ensure excellent presentation and service standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of chef experience, strong food cost and labor management skills, and a proven ability to lead a kitchen team. Knowledge of Restaurant365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Chef experience, ideally in a private club, resort, HOA F&B community, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong food cost and labor management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team.
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus.
