Job summary

OnQ Global is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to supervise field execution for high-tech facility projects. You will own the construction schedule, manage manpower, and ensure a safe, incident-free environment while coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors.

You will lead safety programs, QA/QC implementation, and turnover activities, with emphasis on concrete construction, formwork, and reinforcing steel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent in high tech facility building construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in matrix organizations.
• Experience in self-performed concrete construction, formwork systems, and rebar installation.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to manage safety programs and lead site-wide safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for subcontractor field execution and safety on the project.
• Owns the project schedule and provides weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce QA/QC plans in the field.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams to meet milestones.
• Drives QAQC, commissioning, and turnover processes with minimal defects.
