Job summary

OnQ Global Inc. in Boise, ID seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex high-tech buildouts from design through commissioning.

You’ll own budgets, schedules, and risk management, coordinating with owners, EOR, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of cleanroom and critical infrastructure projects. The role requires a strong background in concrete construction, formwork, and self-perform activities, with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in high tech construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of Risk Management and Project Controls.
• Knowledge of total cost of ownership (TCO) and lifecycle cost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall project from inception to completion.
• Lead stakeholder management and interface with owner and EOR.
• Develop and manage project program, budgets, and schedules.
• Approve subcontractor bids, change orders, and invoices.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety plans, and commissioning per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams across stages of construction.
