Job summary

Tech 24 Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, interfacing with subcontractors, vendors, design consultants, inspectors, and our project teams.

You will provide senior-level scheduling and field leadership, develop look-ahead schedules, manage safety and quality, and mentor field staff across projects. The role emphasizes communication, coordination, and on-time delivery in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction.
• 5+ years as a general contractor responsible for managing multiple trades.
• Computer literacy with Procore, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
• Experience managing overall project schedules and look-ahead schedules for publication.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and oversight on single or multiple commercial projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field staff.
• Serve as senior on-site authority for schedule, logistics, safety, and quality.
• Complete daily reports on Procore.
• Schedule site deliveries and subcontractor work.
• Host weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and document outcomes.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, turnover, and closeout.
